My concept for this site was obviously to show Wieringo's comic book influence. He was a big hame in the comic circuit, so I wanted to make sure that anyone visiting this page who didn't know who he was would understand almost immediately.

| This design was aimed at showing a more cartoonish style. I wanted as much of the text to have the feel of the inside of a comic book. Naturally, I had to use text bubbles. | This design was inspired by a sketch of his which showed almost an entire page in a comic book. The rouch texture but very professional feel was nice to see. So I wanted to show what Weiringo's main work looked like. | This is basically me just trying to give the look of a comic book cover. Although I only found a few covers designed by Wieringo, I thought since I had done so much of the inside, I need to try the outside at least. This is probably my least successful design for this challenge. |
I chose this design to move forward with because everyone else seemed to like it the most. It was probably this simplest design, but also had a good amount of "pop" to it. I might have chosen the second design, but most people didn't seem to think it had enough color to keep people's attention.

The changes I made for my final revision were to make sure that the protrait of Wieringo didn't have the little gp of orange, and I also fixed the title. It seemed to be a bit too much in the first design, so I simplified it. I also used a comic inspired
